I'm worried about Britney Spears

As a mother, I'm worried about Britney. My friends at work are scoffing about her troubles and say she is a spoiled rich girl with too much money and too much fame. I think she is a girl in trouble and probably doesn't have anybody who she can trust any more. Let's face it, everybody around her has probably got their hand in her pocketbook. My take on her outrageous recent behaviour is a gigantic cry for help. She has had two babies very close together, been married and is divorcing a loser guy and is living a life on the razor of blistering fame and flash bulbs.

Post-partum depression my be setting off a lot of her problems on top of living an impossibly photographed glaring life. She needs to get into that rehabilitation unit and stay there. I don't care if she does have the whole wing. She needs to separate herself from all her handlers, and her fans and probably her family for a few months and de-tox. Slow-down, mellow-out, talk to a few therapists, a psychiatrist or two. There is a lot of good a few anti-depressants can do when she quits drinking and taking whatever she has been taking.

My wish for Britney is to just sit in the sun behind 50 foot walls and read a few romance novels and drink iced tea and eat tuna fish salad with a slice of watermelon while everyone else LEAVES HER ALONE.
